~willliveoffgridsomeday: Called about being overcharged and was told "It isn't my job to read your bill for you". Called again and was transfered to woman who barly spoke English, she told me they were located in the Philippians. Outsourced again, so it is either an automated operator or you get an operator in another country. Called the automated line and was transferred to technical support when I said I had billing questions. Boy, it makes you want to tell them were to go!! I also downgraded all my services and they are making me pay ** a month for the internet lite which won't even let you watch movies. They run promotion for ** per month and she says we can only give that to new customers. So I have to disconnect service just to get it at what everyone else pays. I would rate Time warner as -***. When you ask for a corporate number they transfer you back to the automated line and you are waiting again. I have been waiting * months to try to get help with this and don't get anywhere. last time I went throu
