GetHuman-14662: I have never experienced more stress and displeasure than setting up my time warner service. First I called in and tried to setup service via the phone, after waiting on hold for **min I get a sales associate who quotes me a higher price than on the timewarnercable.com and says they can't match the price on your own website. So then I hang-up and setup the service via the timewarnercable.com website, I get an order number and an installation date. The following day I call the number at the bottom of the confirmation e-mail to confirm everything and I wait on the phone for * hours being transfer from department to department because no one can find my order. **After this horrendous service I have made a huge **x** foot banner and hung it in front of my business located in an extremely high traffic shopping center saying "If you want to wait on hold for hours and receive terrible service sign up for Time Warner Cable"
