~safarigal: I waited * weeks for an upgrade of my existing service with a dvr box, phone, internet. On appointment day I waited *.* hours, with calls placed by me to make sure they were still coming, then finally was told at *:**pm after another call by me that my appt was cancelled. *I am so I mad if I could get ATT U verses in my area I would. Time warner is AWFUL!!!! They will treat you terrible, operators are nice, but after that no service EVER. They don't show and you'll wait many weeks for an appt.

~safarigal: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~safarigal: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Time Warner's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~safarigal: For that I would say five out of five.
