~Dave: I was charged for a price higher than what i was quoated. I was told ** dollars total before taxes, but my bill was over ***.**. The first months payment due at installtion didn't even cover the entire month once the bill arrived! In my area they don't have HD or on demand services, but charge us the same amount that other cable companies do with those services. The quality of video is grainier than anyothers I've used and the internet streaming speed is slow. They are they only ones I've had problems watching NetFlix on my TV. Internet was not effected.

GetHuman: And what about Time Warner's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Dave: For that I would say five out of five.
