~winja: TWC disconnected my service two weeeks prior to my disconnect date and on SUNDAY! The only solution they could offer was for me to wait two days to have my service reinstated a total of three days later. TWC error * my inconvenience! NEVER AGAIN. I was told to ensure my service was closed to bring the equipment to the store. Would it matter,they disconnected anyway without instruction! Did I mention NEVER AGAIN. Worst customer service out there.
