~Jillian1025: Time Warner is BY FAR the worst company I have EVER had to deal with in my life, and they have a complete monopoly over the internet*cable service in town. I can't put into words how much a hassle Time Warner is. Every time I'm on the phone with them, they push offers constantly, trying to convince me to spend more and more money for their crappy service. I asked one of their representatives to tell me ALL of my options (I literally said "Please do a FULL run through of ALL of your internet options") and he only told me the three most expensive options, hoping that I wouldn't notice! Then, they told me they would have my internet set up by Wednesday or Thursday at the very latest. I called back and they told me that they didn't even send the equipment until Thursday, so I could expect it NEXT MONDAY at the earliest (and they didn't call back to tell me or even care). Time Warner is, in my most generous words, the worst company ever.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Jillian1025: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Time Warner's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jillian1025: For that I would say five out of five.

~Jillian1025: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Time Warner to know who you are.
