~Brandon724: We have had dish for several years and recently have decided to change to twc. Worst experience I've had trying to get a new service started. Our house is about a year old so of course we are not in there system. They have told me several times over the past month that they would send out someone to verify our address to say we are in there service area. Well it still has not happen. I think I will keep dish and pay the higher price. Twc Customer service is important. Try it sometime. I called the **** * so either someone there isn't doing there job or here in london ky they are getting the information and trashing it.

~Brandon724: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
