GetHuman-437890: Your tech support from the Philippines did no more than tell us to do the power down and power up routine. We have to do it each time we want access. This is not right. My phone has dropped calls and when other and I have called home, it tells me that it is not operational. We had cable problems but they are resolved. I dial numbers and there is just a blank after I hear it dial. The numbers never go through. Had to use my cell (not twc)
