~NEVER AGAIN: was transfer'd even after time wasted and no help, was informed earthlink could only assist me and when transferred with any notice earthlink rep. was way more helpful and assisted on internet but advised me she could not help on cable service(which i already knew) and she does not have the means of transferring me back to twc,so hang up and call back in (?????????)

~NEVER AGAIN: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
