~sarab: I had called a few times throughout the day and it rang and rang until it finally just hung up. I called again and spoke to a customer service rep (Jamie) and she informed me that they do not currently have a vm system set up so it's best to just keep trying. She was able to assist me in my order questions and I will absolutely be shopping there again because of it. I LOVE my products from Tobi, and even though a few of the items didn't fit me very well- I was able to return them with no issues.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Tobi.com. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Tobi.com problem?
~sarab: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~sarab: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Tobi.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~sarab: For that I would say three out of five.
