~CANDELA: I HAVE BEING TRY TO SOLVE A TICKET ISSUE WITH TRAVELOCITY FOR * WEEKS AND STILL HAVE NO ANSWERS, HOLDING ON THE PHONE FOR HOURS AND GETTING NO WHERE, THEY SCRUB UP MY ALREADY BOOKED TICKET THAT I BOUGHT * MONTHS AGO, AND JUST NOW THEY SAY THAT THEY DON'T HAVE A CONFIRM FLY FOR ME???? PLEASE NEVER USE TRAVELOCITY YOU WILL REGRET IT. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORTS EVER.

~CANDELA: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
