GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Travelocity customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Flabbergasted: I made a reservation, they sent me an email confirming it, then * hours before the flight someone claiming to be from travelocity calls to confirm personl CC info and threaten to cancel the reservation if I do not provide them certain pieces of private info. They need to put a discalimer on the website that reservations are not necessarily confirmed even though they send you an email telling you they are.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Travelocity. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Travelocity problem?
~Flabbergasted: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Flabbergasted: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Travelocity's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Flabbergasted: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Travelocity customers?
~Flabbergasted: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Travelocity to know who you are.
