~coug27: The original agent who booked my trip, told him I wanted a window seat, he recommend a particular window which ended up being the bathroom on a *** and tried calling them * times and they don't know what to say and won't resolve the issue. The closest to a resolution was that the second rep offered to give me an aisle seat and told me when I got to the gate to see if the airline would make the change also told me give them **-** hrs to review it's now ***hrs no email or phone call had to pay extra for a seat cause I had no seat assignment
