GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/27/17?
GetHuman-mikrota: Horrible. both me and my son during seperate stays at different times wrote reviews for the hotel we stayed at "Carlton AmericInn" and both were good reviews and for different reasons but trip advisor refused to post them on hotel site for unknown reasons. The hotel was great, the public should know.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting TripAdvisor. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a TripAdvisor problem?
GetHuman-mikrota: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-mikrota: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TripAdvisor's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-mikrota: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TripAdvisor customers?
GetHuman-mikrota: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TripAdvisor to know who you are.
