~madatuhaul: first * times i called, the recording didnt even recognize me selecting one of the options, just kept repeating itself.. after finally getting a representative, spoke for about ** seconds, she said hold on, and it put me back to the recording again. I selected customer service, it said theyre busy please hold...it rang ** times, then went to dial tone. they just lost this customer

~madatuhaul: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~madatuhaul: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about U-Haul's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~madatuhaul: For that I would say three out of five.
