~CHICKLUVSSPORTS: CAN'T REACH ANYONE!!! THE FAX DID NOT HAVE THE INFO I NEEDED. SHOULD NOT BE THIS HARD TO VERIFY BENEFITS ON A PT'. THE ONLY RESOLUTION I CAME UP WITH WAS TELLING OUR PT'S OF THE EXPERIENCE AND THAT I CAN'T VERIFY BENEFITS AND THEY WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BILL. THEY QUICKLY SAID THEY ARE CHANGING INSURANCES!!!

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~CHICKLUVSSPORTS: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about UMR's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~CHICKLUVSSPORTS: For that I would say one out of five.
