~Chicago Fulfillment Company: As a business owner the absolute worst shipping service I ever used. The Chicago rep never told me about the extra charges and the extra delivery times. I lost my largest customer due to all the complaints they received. Do your self a favor and stay away from this sub-UPS service. The local Chicago rep is the worst, she never returns calls, is as rude and stupid as they come. Mail Innovations caused us all kinds of compliaint issues with the USPS and also thousands of dollars in fines. Buyer beware!!
