~fairreview: HUGE WASTE OF TIME. While polite and friendly, the woman could not contact the main office to see if a package had been sent back, or was still with ups, as she has no phone number only email. WHAT BUSINESS ARE THESE GUYS IN?? this resulted in waiting for the main office to read her email and then call me back. HUGE WASTE OF MY TIME. DID NOT GET MY QUESTION ANSWERED.

~fairreview: For that I would say two out of five.
