"Hector" was articulate and answered all my questions. He traced my package found it was almost here. The main customer service no. told me they knew nothing and just keep checking the website. Not satisfactory for a $45.00 shipping fee. Original hang up was "Network disruption due to prior weather conditions, check for further updates." Last time that happened, the package arrived three months later. Thanks Hector!
