~Still no resolution after a we: I've had to call * times regarding a package that was supposed to be delivered a week ago. Zero follow up and no call back from the hub location as promised. Their recommendation was for me to drive an hour to pick up the package myself. In the future I will not use UPS for any important shipping as I have lost all confidence in their abilities as a shipper
