GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's UPS customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Juan Carlos Alicea: Packages were out for delivery, but I won't be home until late and don't want them sitting out. The contract with Amazon requires them to attempt a delivery, but I was able to get a notice sent to not leave the packages if no one is home. The agent picked up that I had mentioned two packages, and asked for the second tracking number. (The prompts ask for one tracking number already.)
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting UPS. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a UPS problem?
~Juan Carlos Alicea: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Juan Carlos Alicea: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about UPS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Juan Carlos Alicea: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other UPS customers?
~Juan Carlos Alicea: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for UPS to know who you are.
