~DK: Thank you for using UPS My Choice. We're glad to provide you with home delivery that fits your life.**UPS*This statement is a JOKE. There is no such thing as an approximate time because the delivery does not come during the estimated time. Just make every delivery time estimated in the afternoon. I sat around for two days and missed the delivery both times. Your automated system takes too long. Your $**.** charge for the premium is a scam. premium is meaningless. I also received smashed boxes yesterday. Thanks for your terrific service. A supervisor simply read excerpts from a manual. Then I was told I could drive ** miles and pick up the package at a UPS center. Great service for the extra $**.** UPS Premium.*Thank you

~DK: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for UPS to know who you are.
