~Jo: Yes I can. It was late at night, on November 18th.

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's UPS customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Jo: Worst shipping company in the world. We shipped a case of syrups in its original container and the carton was checked in at the center in Ontatio CA at** Am and then contents came up missing at * pm so the carton was discarded. They WILL NOT REIMBURSE US FOR CONTENT OR SHIPPING. UPS has denied the claim twice. What a rip off. They allow their employees to steel stuff from you and do not take responsibility for their employee's actions. The syrups only cost us about $** but the shipping cost was about $*** and that was gaurrentee shipping in * days. A shipment that was never received and that will never be delivered and they will not refund shipping cost. We Will never use UPS again as a shipping company and I will go on every site I can to let as many people know what this company did so that others will use alternative shipping methods. We did ship our syrups using USPS in the same fashion. They arrived at their destination without issue the following week.

~Jo: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Jo: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about UPS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jo: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other UPS customers?
~Jo: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for UPS to know who you are.
