~Lost&NeverFound131: i ordered a new drivers license and I live in an apartment complex and the idiots delivered it to my door where it was never to be seen again. Couldn't even bother to use their common sense & give it to the complex's office or just not deliver it at that time at all! & all the customer service rep did was give me a link to file a claim for my "lost" package! Ridiculous!
