~unhappy: As of October, I cannot always talk to the people that I call as they cannot hear me, last month on a business call to set up service, the phone hung up on us over * times or they could not hear me. If I have a call coming in, I cannot always get the slide to allow me to answer. My phone calls other people than who I am trying to call.....This is a glorifed phone, and it does not even all me to use it as a phone. I want out of my contract as I am paying for a glorified phone that I cannot trust to allow me to even make phone calls. Today Tina in tech support wanted me to hook up the phone to my computer. The computer works just fine Thank You and I do not want to ***** it up. I did find the box that this piece of YUCK came in ear phone but no USB cord. She also stated that for a small fee, I can get a different phone as of November **th...hmm I do not have to wait until January ****?*For all the irritation and the run around, please let me out of my contract as of October **st.

~unhappy: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about US Cellular's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~unhappy: For that I would say two out of five.

~unhappy: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for US Cellular to know who you are.
