~hvyw8: Here is a letter I'm trying to send to USCellular, but the site won't even let me do it!!! The worst!!! *Hello, I called customer service complaining that your website won't let me shop for Rewards. When I click the link, I get this message: "We're Sorry, But The Selected Account Is Not Eligible To Perform This Transaction Online. For Assistance, Please Contact Customer Service At *-***-***-****."*So I did....*First, I spent ** minutes waiting for an operator to answer. Then she answered, I told her the problem, then she put me on hold twice to try & figure out the problem. She couldn't so said she needed to transfer me to another dept. So then I waited on hold another ** minutes, told my story again to the next operator, he transferred me to another dept, tech support possibly. Then I had to tell my story the *rd time. There was so much compression on the line that I couldn't understand or hear him well. I asked him to speak up, but still I had to keep saying "what?". So, he suggeste

~hvyw8: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about US Cellular's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~hvyw8: For that I would say four out of five.

~hvyw8: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for US Cellular to know who you are.
