~seeinred: Worst customer phone support I've ever encountered. The agents were friendly, but it took them almost ** mins to simply activate a phone. They then placed me on hold to port my old number. I'm still on hold ** mins later.

~seeinred: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
