~pissedoff: I talked * * different people & * different stories.I am disabled & your employees were rude,uncaring, & acted like I was putting them out. I've been with you * over **yrs. This was my worse experience & they totally stressed me out. My sis was looking * a new plan * her * member family but I told her not * go w*u cause of all the stress I went through from *******-present.

~pissedoff: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
