~T Lopez : The us Department of education is holding funds over ****.** which w received in error by IRS refund. They wrer paid when I took out a new loan. They have not paid myself or sent funds back to IRS. I have been waiting over six months for them to pay back IRS . The IRS is now taking all of my refunds on new loans because of the lack of concern of the us department do education. They are just all a bunch of crooks.
