~Stanley Haralson: Dear USAA I have been a customer for over ** years. I never had a late payment or a missed drafted payment from my * autos insurance and my home and renters insurance but for some reason my auto loan payments some were missed but not until after Aug **** when i found out i have cancer. After trying to fix this it never seemed to work out. I did everything I was supposed to until my bank missed some payments so i contacted my bank and they said they would fix it then after a couple months my bank BBANDT failed to make the payments then I moved my account to another bank and my military retirement from the over ** years of service and my VA check was deposited into my new banks account but the next day BBANDT somehow pulled my money back to there bank so finally I went to wells Fargo bank and opened new accounts and I went on line to have my truck payment put on auto draft like the other banks. After I filled out all the info for USAA to draft my account they said to make sure we had the
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting USAA. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a USAA problem?
~Stanley Haralson: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Stanley Haralson: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about USAA's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Stanley Haralson: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other USAA customers?
~Stanley Haralson: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for USAA to know who you are.
