~Poor-er credit, thanks: I wasn't told after my husband was disabled that I had insurance against my loans to help me.Got nasty calls fr them wanting payment.Deffered my payment by two months, and now I have a balloon payment due that I can't afford, going on my credit report. The employee didn't tell me that by doing that, it would create the balloon payment, and now instead of being two weeks late on the payment, I am overdue by one month, and will be another month late due to ****-poor communication I received!I will NOT recommend loan services through USAA.Insurance is good, should have stuck with that!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting USAA. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a USAA problem?
