~Byung Min: To solve very simple issue, I have spent about * hour. * people made me wait more than *-* min, * people suggested to talk other representative, one people finally solved the problem. When I asked her to talk to her supervisor, she said "wait a moment, I'll get you a supervior" I waited about * min and I ran out of my patience. All the security questions I answered to each new reps, it was a most unproductive experience I have with USAA.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting USAA. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a USAA problem?
~Byung Min: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Byung Min: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about USAA's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Byung Min: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other USAA customers?
~Byung Min: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for USAA to know who you are.
