GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's USAA customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~dork: Worst customer service i have ever experienced. Customer service personel not helpful and rude. Was told all banking could be done electronicly and found out only later that you can only have access to eclectronic banking if you have * accounts with the company. Also all funds put into accounts can be held at the banks dicretion for up to FOUR DAYS. Worst banking experience on my life. USAA has lost a once loyal custmer!

~dork: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman: And what about USAA's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~dork: For that I would say five out of five.
