GetHuman-320650: So I had a bad uber experience.I was charged a *.**$ cancelation fee? I ordered a uber and he completely drove around me for almost ** mins. I tried to contact him but nothing. When I canceled and requested another uber I got the exact same driver! I'm so upset because I've never had a bad uber experience and this was horrible. When he showed up, he charged me *.**$? I paid him to drive around in circles for ** minutes? Then when he dropped me off at my destination i was charged another fee of *-*$? So in total I spent almost **$? I wasn't going anywhere far but this is just wrong. I could of gotten back and forth from my job * times with the amount of bill. I want a refund. I want a refund for the cancelation & a refund for the first time he charged me. I don't think I should have to pay for that since he had me waiting for almost ** mins and he was only * minutes away to begin with. I want a refund because he spoke to me in a horrible manner when I got in the car with him. I could of
