GetHuman-jlrcwhi: I booked online, chose seats for two, called to confirm before flight and found the seats were changed and separated. No one could change them, check in wouldn't accept passport, security moving us back and forth and then got first officer after all. Nowhere to sit and wait. Baggage checkers goofing off after paying for service. There were at least ** couples and children separated from their parents,as well as elder individuals. Not a good experience so far. Did find out if you pay another **.** you can choose a seat but also realized those are the ones that bump you from your seat. Flight ****. *-*-**** **:** IAH
