~ebm2483: No support, no help, delayed over *hrs, Noone knew how to answer a question correctly. Small mom n pop retail has better phone support. Clarks at airport are rude, n this is costing me my final moments with a dying family member. Every time I've flown over the last * years,United and American are the worst with more delays than anyone else. My destination has clea skies and an open run way. This is unexplainable. I now also don't have transportation due to my arival is now after *am. So they took my money, delayed me hours, and are costing me extra due to their inability to secure it's customers. I'll never recommend your company in any way or form.hire people n fix your equipment.
