GetHuman-262173: While me and my children where there on ******* we went to the atm near the universal store and I got out $***. Then I went to the stand in front of the store and got a drink the me and the kids went in to universal store and got some earrings and a sponge bob card holder thingit was in-between noon and two. The lady rang me up I paid with the money I just out of your atm and she said it was a fake cause the pen she used. But she put it under the light thing and it showed real but she called security which had to call someone else which embarrassed me and took an hour of my time to find that in fact it was real. I was so upset to sit there with my kids and go through that it was so embarrassing.Im so upset.
