~done: The help section of their website was a better help. By the end of the call I was begging to hang up because I had gotten the clear message it was going to be a big "who's on first" before anything got done, and I just wasn't up for them today.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Upromise. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Upromise problem?
~done: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
