~bman: before my call was transferred to an agent, I had to first listen to an audio advertisement about credit cards thru UPROMISE, but once I got to agent, she was helpful. It was a little difficult to understand some of what she said, but we managed. This is my SECOND request for a copy of a check which UPROMISE says was already cashed. Hopefully UPROMISE will complete this request this second time -- they did not do so the first time.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Upromise. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Upromise problem?
~bman: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~bman: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Upromise's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~bman: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Upromise customers?
~bman: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Upromise to know who you are.
