~acclark2: My conversation with Anthony was excellent.....he was excellent and very willing to help me. My problem was not solved because it seems as though the property that I've paid my first payment on & have been trying to pay my second payment on since April **th through the condo manager is double-booked. Anthony with HomeAway is sending the condo manager a priority email. Hopefully the manager will return my call very soon so he can tell me what's going on.

~acclark2: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~acclark2: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about VRBO's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~acclark2: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other VRBO customers?
~acclark2: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for VRBO to know who you are.
