~mel: HAD TO LISTEN TO RECORDING ABOUT FREE CRUISE I DIDN'T WANT AND THEN DISCONNECTED. CALLED BACK AND PUT IN ZEROS TO BYPASS RECORDING AND WAS DISCONNECTED WHEN I COMPLAINED TO REAL PERSON. JUST WANT TO MAKE A PAYMENT OVER PHONE AND WHAT A NIGHTMARE
