~Michelle Gray: I have purchased a new VW Beetle and have not received a statement. My payment has been made over the phone. The representative I spoke with was fantastic and had me taken care of immediately. Thank you for the service it is very much appreciated.

~Michelle Gray: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~Michelle Gray: For that I would say three out of five.
