~KarenRiches: I got a call and called right back and was told to only call during business hours. When are they? I payed full owed and sent it on Sunday in the mail box at the post office which was labeled going out * am Monday! *******. I don't have the money to pay ***. Plus dollars times two.? I will check Monday at my bank and put a stop payment. I don't know where that check went. If it was cashed? I will call. I don't know what to do. I don't want bad credit. I first got the bill on Friday October ** ****. I sent it Sunday to go out Monday. I had sept payment but lost the bill so I waited for next bill. WHY DOES VW CREDIT SEND IT TO ME ON FRIDAY..... I SEND THE BILL OUT RIGHT AWAY AND ITS DUE THE *th!!!!!!! I am very very very upsett! Please cal * *** ***-****. Why do you put out calls on sat not allowing the consumer to respond? I have to check with my bank Monday. You gave me * week to respond with a payment? Can't you send out bills ahead of time!!!! Please call. I never had bad credit a

~KarenRiches: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about VW Credit's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~KarenRiches: For that I would say five out of five.

~KarenRiches: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for VW Credit to know who you are.
