~Julieta Carrillo: The first person I spoke with was very helpful* I wish I would have gotten her name. The second person I spoke with "Monica" was extremely rude I can't believe the way I was treated. After she hung up on me while I was still talking I called back to complain and the person that answered to assist me was also rude as soon as I mention the word complain he got very defensive. All I wanted was my statement I have been a loyal costumer for years purchased * vehicles from Honda. Spent over $***** and I'm treated like ****. Never again will I purchase a Honda.

~Julieta Carrillo: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
