~Arturo Reyes: There were a few concerns with this service: The top * being:**)At the top of the website it says "GetHuman".. how come I never actually spoke to a Valve representative, but instead was sent to answering machines and automated replies??**) Why doesn't Steam (one of the more successful services of a multibillion dollar comapny) have its own contact phone number??**Are you people really that dense?

~Arturo Reyes: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Arturo Reyes: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Valve Software's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Arturo Reyes: For that I would say two out of five.
