~ekawaka1: my steam account was hacked and i have been waiting an ungodly amount of time to get it back and that fact that they don't even have a good phone number to even contact them really pisses me off and it has definitely changed my view on valve in the long run.

~ekawaka1: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Valve Software's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ekawaka1: For that I would say four out of five.
