~treehugger: Called around ** times. Got hung up on * times but the @*$* automated system and was put on infinite hold the rest of the time. Got lied to by the agents twice. No resolution. No internet service still. This is a business account. The rep said they are more responsive to business customers(?). If this is the was they treat business customers, then how horrible is the treatment of residential customers???? May the people who made these awful customer (non-) service policies wait on hold after they have a heart attack and are waiting to speak to ***.

~treehugger: For that I would say four out of five.
