~DiazServices: I cancelled my account with Verizon business last month, then I paid my bill. Verizon sent me a notice with a totally different change of name, telling me that I have a credit of $**, when I called to ask them why did they change my company name, they couldn't help me. Now I can't cash out my $** and Verizon is going to keep my money. Verizon has the worse customer service by far, and his prices are super high.

~DiazServices: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~DiazServices: For that I would say two out of five.
