~ameetres: I don't think I have enough space to say how horrible my service has been with Verizon. I had my **th verizon tech to my office today. He was here * hours and reported he fixed my phones, (both of my lines were down) He wouldn't wait for us to check the lines. After he left we realized he crossed the lines with another local business. When we called him he said he was already on his way home and he can't do anything. This is a place of business and I know we lost business today. When I mentioned that to the service office today, her reply was that they have lots of customers. They were supposed to send a tech yesterday , no show no call. My advice stay as far away from Verizon as possible!!!!!
