~andrew: I signed up for Verizon Fios for business in Sept ****. The people came right to my office and quoted me around *** with tax etc. My first bill was way higher. I called and they fixed it. Now March **** the bill went up over *** per month. I call and was transferred a few times and was told that I had been getting a discount, that is no longer available. I figure if my contract is changed in any way I should be released from it but they said I cannot. I am stuck with it

~andrew: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~andrew: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Verizon Business's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~andrew: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Verizon Business customers?
~andrew: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Verizon Business to know who you are.
